Hi, I’m Nicole!
Is writing not your strong suit? Do you want to be on podcasts but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you simply don’t have the time for everything that needs to be done for your business, side jobs, freelance work, or publishing career? If that sounds familiar, I’d love to help!
I’m an experienced freelance writer, virtual assistant, and copywriter. I have worked with clients who own their own e-commerce business, write books, run their own business, and more. Whether you simply need help with overflow tasks, something tedious, or something more complex, I’d love to help.
I can:
- Write content for your website, blog, newsletter, social media accounts, and more
- Become your virtual assistant and handle all the things that take you away from what you do best
- Book you into podcasts specific to your niche
If you want to work with an experienced virtual assistant or writer, I’m perfect for you.

Client Reviews
“Working with Nicole was a pleasure throughout the entire process. She is very proactive, communicates very well, and went above and beyond all throughout. I highly recommend working with her.” – Dan
“Nicole is a go-getter!!! Since 2019, Nicole has presented many opportunities to me to promote my business. Her questionnaire (to learn more about me) was incisive and thorough, and she totally GOT me. Through writing articles and pitching ideas to other writers and publications, Nicole fulfilled my desire to be featured in a variety of digital and print magazines. She communicated seamlessly with me and her connections. Her attention to detail was evident in her weekly activity reports. Nicole is always thinking and listening while demonstrating professionalism with a keen sense of humor. And, need I mention that we live on opposite coasts? The time zone difference between us did not impede our work together. I recommend Nicole Pyles highly for her Public Relations acumen.” – Marcia Sloman, Professional Organizer
“Nicole has been such a pleasure to work with. She’s prompt, effective, and very open to pivoting in new directions when my brand’s goals change. She’s allowed me to secure larger orders that I wouldn’t have had exposure to otherwise, and she has been highly effective in gaining my brand the exposure it needed. She has a wide network of professionals to connect with, and provides very clear and concise follow-up that is easy to keep track of from a brand-owner point of view. Highly, highly recommend working with her if you’re looking to further your brand’s reach!” – Steph T., owner of Tarabusi Creek

Awww thank you!! This does help my mood!
Having recently been unepmloyed for a good six months, I can totally identify with this. My schedule was thrown hard by the lack of work structure. Half the time I didn’t even know what day it was. And yes, it always looks like more fun from the outside. I recommend finding somewhere to volunteer regularly before you turn into Betty Draper entirely!
No kidding right????? I am hoping to find SOMETHING soon. My blogging and social networking definitely has helped me though improve my writing skills and social networking skills for sure.
Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your post seem to be running off the screen in Firefox. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design and style look great though! Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Kudos
Thanks for the heads up! I had a feeling about the formatting issues. I’m going to look into changing this design for sure!
So nice to connect with you here. You have a lovely site and while I’m not single, I can certainly relate to the feelings of angst you’re going through. My husband and I both worked in the auto finance industry for years and were both laid off when the company decided the recession was scaring them and they no longer wanted a U.S. presence, so they closed their doors and let thousands go. Our ride with unemployment last 3 years. Anyway, I ended up writing a book about how to cope with the emotion of unemployment in the home and started an encouragement blog to go with it. In addition, I have a private community in Facebook for those needing encouragement and prayers to come together and support one another. If this is something you’re interested in being a part of, let me know. I have more information on my website too.
Praying for employment to be right around the corner for you!
Blessings,
~Rosann
It’s actually really nice to see that someone else is blogging about this too! So many people seem to have their lives together online, so it’s nice to see someone with a little chaos too. 🙂 definitely checking out your site!
Hi there!
I recently moved from one state to another (for love) and even though I was offered a job out of college I declined to move somewhere with no connections! Unemployment sucks, no doubt about it, but one thing I can say, is never take for granted where you can get a job. I was waitressing (and hating it) and the table next to mine offered me a job, which I currently am working at 🙂 I’ve also been offered jobs at a wedding and a dance class, always put yourself out there!
Very true…I’m not quite there yet (the whole, I’ll take what I can get, stage). But I’m getting there. I’m planning on applying to the new bookstore opening up near my house. It opens around fall and that will be really good timing. Desperation will kick in. 😉
This is overexaggurated. I live in Serbia, and the problems you’re facing are nothing compared to an economy that has 30% unemployment rate.
Oh the fun times on the interviews…
So funny…lol, boy does my family know about being laid off, I need that crying baby….lol Enjoyable read.

Oh thank you Marge! Feel free to share your story with me!
Thank you for creating a haven for sharing-I’m unemployed despite the fact that I enjoy working, enjoy smiles, and routine that builds skills. My FACE (maybe) creates obstacles-especially with females, yet I can’t find a guy willing to date-even occasionally. I’m 49 this year, never married, no kids and my folks are becoming more frail. I don’t choose my battles wisely, because I was thought if a person remains truthful and diligent-people would naturally enjoy having me on their team-I’ve been sabotaged for unspoken reasons-despite going make up free-and feedback is that I’m some “threat” job wise or I “act fake” (??!!!) Nobody assists me to understand what the heck they are talking about. I’ve worked as a nurse most of my life and just want to care for folks, but it would be nice to be cared about?
Hi Mia! I’m so sorry for what you’re going through! If you ever want to write a blog guest post – let me know!
