I couldn’t agree with you more! I’m looking for a job to help me get out of debt faster, so I can concentrate 100% on building my business, and not have to endure another ass backwards interview again!!! Just today, I had a round one, phone interview. I got asked all three of the way outdated questions you listed and a handful more old ones! It gets boring and frustrating. I have round two, face to face tomorrow, and I think I’ll ask them a few of your questions to see how they respond – if I don’t get the job, at least the interview will have been fun, right?
