I’ve long since been a fan of the Lundberg’s brown rice, but I really had no idea that they had so many other products out there that I should try! So I couldn’t wait to share about my experience with a few products of theirs that was very new for me.

First of all, I loved LOVED their Sweet Dreams Chocolate Covered Rice Cakes. This is my new favorite treat and I highly recommend trying these out. I slathered some peanut butter on top and YUM YUM YUM. There isn’t too much of a layer of chocolate and I appreciated that (I didn’t feel too guilty afterward!). It’s just enough to satisfy your taste buds.

The Sea Salt Rice Chips made for an excellent snack. I love the texture of the rice chips, not that heavy and also very light.

Also I tried the Lundberg Thin Stackers Rice Cakes and since then I’ve bought them a couple of times. I’m usually not too keen on rice cakes in general, but I liked these way more than I expected. These kinds are much thinner and easier to use as sort of a sandwich. I loved spreading peanut butter on these.

Then for the Sprouted rice, I really enjoyed that. The Chile Verde rice especially! You get a pretty good portion in these boxes and plus the seasonings for this is really good. Just enough but not overwhelming.

Overall, I think Lundberg is one of those household staples that I think you should add to your pantry. Whether it’s rice or snacks or something for dinner, it’s definitely worth going for. They’re one of my favorite gluten-free brands!

Check out their website if any of these products catch your eye or find out where you can purchase them in a store near you. Be sure to follow them on Facebook and Twitter for company updates too.

I received the above pictured items in exchange for my honest review.

I started this blog in 2012 when I got let go of my first job out of college. Since then, I've continued talking about my job search experience, office politics, unemployment stories written by others, movies I've enjoyed, products I've loved, and more. This blog is about work, life, and everything else in between.

  1. Unfortunately there is no store in my area that carries these products. But maybe I can get them online. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.

  2. What catches my eye and I would love to try are the Sea Salt Rice Chips! I am a huge fan of Sea Salt products and a huge fan of Rice Chips! Put those together for a healthy snack and I'd be in heaven 🙂

  3. I'm already a huge fan of their wild blend rice! We've been using it in our casseroles for quite some time now. Has amazing flavor!! It's the only rice I know of that even without seasonings smells awesome while cooking! =)
