Oh that’s so sad! I really feel like with this pandemic we’ll see way more empty malls in the near future. I just would love it if someone did something with all that big empty space!

I’ve had to go there a few times recently and it’s pretty sad. There are empty spaces selling their mannequins, closed up places… It was busy today but a lot of the time it’s half-dead. There’s a broken escalator they have blocked off that we can’t even use as stairs, so we have to walk around the mall to go up and down floors.

This year I think a lot of it has to do with the virus. But… the escalator has been broken for over a year. There’s an alternative school there now, one of the stores has been turned into an event center. I agree, I think it can survive if people think with the times.
